I was initially drawn to senior health and life insurance in 2009, when I was presented the opportunity to sell and educate consumers about the importance of final expense.
However, because of my vast experience working with the elderly community through various positions in long-term care facilities, I found my niche to be Medicare. Time and time again as an Assistant Administrator employed by long term care facilities, I witnessed firsthand the devastation that not having adequate or correct health insurance can do to both an individual's loved one and assets.
After careful thought and research, I made the decision to partner with United Insurance Group with the mission of helping individuals of all ages understand their healthcare options and better protect their assests from uncertainty. My specialties include Financial Planning, Medicare Planning, Hospital Indemnity, Long Term Care, Life Insurance, Cancer or Heart Attack and Stroke, and Final Expense Plans.
I was born and raised in Central Illinois but have lived in various cites throughout my lifetime. I currently hold dual residency in Meridian, Mississippi and Memphis, Tennessee; however, if the opportunity arises I am willing to relocate and experience another state or three. I am 50 years of age with four children and 3 grandchildren, all of whom I love dearly. I am a published author of the memoir Hushed Cries. I am also a licensed travel agent. In my spare time I love to play cards, barbecue, learn, and enjoy my loved ones.
